I was asked by Prime Time Builders to create a capabilities statement and a sources sought booklet for one of the projects they were interested in. The sources sought project was for an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) these types of projects span 5 years ranging form 3- 500 million dollars. The sources sought booklets showcased Prime Time Builders competence in managing larger scale projects. This project was a joint venture with South Mountain Builders that is why some of the projects are the same.
Prime Time Builders wanted a Capabilities Statement that was one page long. In this sheet I showcase their larger projects and what the company has to offer in terms of bonding, core competencies and completed projects.
